On the other hand I have many patients who genuinely feel that they greatly benefit from smoked  marijuana w/r/t appetite, nausea, and general well-being.  I'm rather agnostic about the whole thing....&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Alex - thanks for referencing my post and for the links. The main issue being that the only trials I've seen, like this one, focus on pure neuropathic pain states...a rarity in our buisness.
